What Are the Parts of an Appraisal?Purchasing a home can be the most significant financial decision some of us may ever make. You're likely to be familiar with the parties having a role in the transaction. The most recognizable person in the exchange is the real estate agent. Then, the lender provides the money needed to fund the deal. And ensuring all aspects of the transaction are completed and that a clear title passes from the seller to the buyer is the title company. Appraisals begin with the property inspectionTo determine the true status of the property, it's our duty to first complete a thorough inspection.
